Privacy policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026
This policy explains what personal information we collect on niceandtidy.ca, why, who processes it and how to exercise your rights under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
What we collect
When you fill in the request form: your name, phone number, email, type of cleaning, preferred frequency, size of your home, the details you write and your consent to be contacted.
When you send it, our form relay adds your IP address, its country and the address of the page you wrote from to your request. This is used to block abusive submissions.
Why
To answer your request, give you a price and schedule the cleaning. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
The site is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages), and the form goes through a Cloudflare Workers relay. Your IP address is kept there for about 10 minutes to limit the number of submissions.
Your request is sent to us by email through an email delivery provider (Resend), then received in the [email protected] inbox.
These providers may store or process information outside Quebec, including in the United States.
Cookies and analytics
Our site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare adds Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate (page viewed, referrer, browser type) without cookies. Cloudflare may also add a script that protects the email addresses shown on the page from bots.
If you arrive by clicking one of our Google ads, that click's ID is kept in your browser for the visit and sent to Google Ads with your request or call, to tell whether the ad worked. No advertising cookies are used.
How long
We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your request and, if you become a client, for the length of the business relationship. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to access your information, have it corrected or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
